Leeds United Premier League prediction made by Super Computer

Leeds United are predicted to stay in the Premier League according to the numbers crunched by FiveThirtyEight’s Super Computer.

Everton lost to Manchester United on Saturday and Nottingham Forest also failed to pick up anything from their game against Aston Villa.

Southampton also suffered a heavy defeat at home to Manchester City and stay rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table.

Good news

By the looks of it, Southampton, Forest and Leicester will be going down with Everton narrowly avoiding the drop.

35 points look to be enough to keep a team up but Leeds will want to target at least 38 to be able to guarantee that they do not get relegated.

As of now, they’ve got 29 in 29 games which leaves them just nine more to get from as many matches – three wins and they should be fine.

Beating Crystal Palace on Sunday is certainly not improbable, given their recent struggles before they changed their manager.

Roy Hodgson has brought about some changes recently and the new manager bounce may give them the impetus ahead of kick-off.

However, once the Elland Road faithful gets going, there are few grounds quite as daunting for visiting sides and there’s no surprise that Leeds are so good at home.
