Little Big Bear still O’Brien’s Guineas ace despite Blackbeard success

Blackbeard won Juddmonte Middle Park Stakes for Aidan O'Brien. Little Big Bear was injured in Curragh and is out for the rest of the season. O’Brien's horse is a character and a pleasure to ride. Blackbeard is by No Nay Never and has plenty of stamina in his pedigree. The Antarctic, Persian Force and Marshman finished second, third and fourth. It was a record seventh Middlepark Stake victory for O'sBrien and the first time Moore had won it. He has won two Group One races. Black Beard is not keen on waiting and likes to get on with it, so he can do whatever he wants.
