Sunny Delight, Win Win Fighter and Spicy Grill finished 1-2-3 here two weeks ago. Win WIN Fighter has a 7lb hike to contend with now. Spicier Grill can do better here with the excellent Marquand at the controls. Mickael Barzalona's name on the racecard won't get the Valley Tote wheels turning like some bigger name riders.

LONGINES International Jockeys’ Championship is on Saturday. IJC (3rd leg) is the favourite. The draw hasn't been kind to Storm Legend and SDS. RISING FROM ASHES is a good chance to add to her strong I JC record. Purton and PACKING FAMOUS are the other pair to note. Danny Shum”s gelding, Danny, takes the reins for the first time this season.

2.10: IJC (4th leg). Gold Marquis is the favourite. Douglas Whyte and Purton will ride together. Xponential looks a strong chance with the Aussie for the first time. Adios did a bit too much too early last time and is lightly raced enough to suggest he can give SDS a good spin. Namjong Sings might fly under the radar.
