Maple Leafs vs. Kings prop picks: Back Matthews and Kerfoot to produce

The Toronto Maple Leafs continue their West Coast road trip in Los Angeles against the Kings on Saturday night.

Auston Matthews and Alexander Kerfoot are the Maple Leafs' prop bets for the game against the Los Angeles Kings.

Matthews has been taking a lot of shots this season. He has gone over 4.5 shots in five of eight games and under it in three. Los Angeles has allowed 374 scoring chances and 202 shots. Matthews has registered five or more shots seven of his last 11 regular season games.

Auston Matthews scored 60 goals last season and 41 and 47 times before that. He scored last night. Matthews is streaky but he could be on the verge of a heater.

Alex Kerfoot was playing with Mitch Marner and Auston Matthews on Thursday night. He will play with John Tavares and William Nylander against the Kings.
