March Madness 2023 is in full swing with NCAA Tournament Round 1 games underway today for men’s college basketball. There will be 16 Round 1 games played on Thursday, March 16 and you can watch them all with live broadcasts on CBS, TNT, TBS and on truTV. Here’s a look at today’s games, and there will be 16 more Round 1 matchups kicking off tomorrow as well.

Second-round NCAA Tournament games will be played Saturday, March 18, and Sunday, March 19. The regional semifinals will be contested March 23-24, followed by the regional finals March 25-26. Houston will host the Final Four, with the national semifinal games on Saturday, April 1, and the national championship on Monday, April 3.
