Second meets with the league leaders in Ligue 1 this weekend as Marseille welcome the champions Paris Saint-Germain back to the Orange Velodrome just three weeks on from their clash in the French Cup round of 16.

Back in Ligue 1, however, Marseille are sitting behind PSG by five points and can cut the gap to two points with a win here. The home side so far only boast a better defensive record than the league leaders, as they’ve let in one less goal with 22 in 24 games.

Things have been bleak at times for Kylian Mbappe and co. since the World Cup, as they recently went on a three-game losing run.

Marseille inflicted one of these losses, as Monaco beat them back in the league before Bayern Munich edged out a 1-0 win in the Champions League round of 16.
