Memories of North Harbour Rugby Union shared

Miles Marcroft, James Parsons, Clive Kelly, John McKittrick and Spy Kelly are proud members of North Harbour Rugby. They remember the first game at Onewa Domain and the Ranfurly Shield Challenge. They also remember their mascot breaking a leg during a game. John was presented with a life membership last year. He has been involved in rugby since 1976. James has played rugby for Takapuna since he was 5. Spy was involved at Silverdale Rugby Club for five years. The forming of the rugby club in North harbour was a good thing for the region. It gave more people the opportunity to play rugby and seek higher honours.
