She refuses to gloss over mistakes and setbacks and reflects on them openly and openly. The youth support her and consider her competent.

He is setting back Russia, Ukraine and the region for decades. Leaders with empathy, focus on their people and commitment are better leaders than those with hubris, lack of transparency and surrounding yourself with ‘yes men’
