MMA Coach Worked As Middleman for Offshore Sportsbook, per Report

Jerry Krause is a suspended MMA coach and ex-UFC fighter. He was suspended on Nov. 18 in connection with a bout involving one of his fighters, Darrick Minner. Krausedi is also the subject of an ongoing federal investigation for suspicious betting activity within UFC. According to ESPN, Krauses worked as an agent between bettors and a Costa Rica-based online sportsbook ABCBettingag as far back as 2019.

Now, ESPN reports Kraused worked as an agent between bettors and an online sportsbook in Costa Rica as far back as 2019. The investigation into his betting activity came to light after Miner's bout at UFC 64 Las Vegas. All fighters who are still coached by Krauses or train at his gym Glory MMA and Fitness will not be allowed to participate in UFC-sanctioned events until the investigation is completed.
