Eastern Michigan takes on Western Michigan in the morning. Tulsa takes the afternoon off to play Navy. In the evening, New Mexico takes against Wyoming and San Diego State takes care of Hawaii.
Navy is 1-3 after losing to Wyoming last week. Tulsa is 2-2, but the Golden Hurricane have a close loss at Wyoming and were competitive in losses against Ole Miss and Cincinnati. Navy leads the all-time series 7- 2 and is 6-1 against Tulsa since the teams became AAC foes.
Both teams are coming off consecutive losses. New Mexico entered the fourth quarter tied at UNLV but lost 31-20. Wyoming was within striking distance against San Jose State late into the second quarter but got outplayed.
Navy plays Tulsa on CBS Sports Network. San Diego State fired offensive coordinator Jeff Hecklinski after a 35-13 loss at Boise State last week. Hawaii is 1-4 under first-year coach Timmy Chang. Both teams are looking for their first Mountain West victories.
