NBA Odds: Magic-Cavaliers prediction, odds and pick

The Orlando Magic are 0-4 after a rough start to the season. The Cleveland Cavaliers are 2-1 after winning their opening two games. Cleveland won both of their home games against Orlando last season by 13 and 6 points. Orlando won the lone game in Orlando by five points last year.

Orlando Magic are struggling at the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings. They have lost by less than 10 points just once this season. Rookie phenom Paolo Banchero was selected first overall in the draft. He is first in scoring, second in rebounding, third in assists, and third on blocks and fifth on steals. The team's other players are Cole Anthony (17.7 PPG), Terrence Ross (15.3 Ppg), and Wendell Carter (10.5 RPG).

Cleveland has won back-to-back double-digit games since losing to Orlando in the season opener.

Donovan Mitchell is third in the NBA in scoring (33.3 PPG) and eighth in assists (seven per game). Mitchell has eclipsed 30 points in each game this season and is coming off his best performance as a Cavalier: 37 points against Washington. The Cavs are ninth in 3-pointers made but do so at a league-leading 40.8% clip. Outside of Mitchell, the Cavs have gotten lights-out shooting from their role players.

Both teams are injured. Orlando's young players should give the Cavs a fight.
