NBA parlay picks Nov. 15: Bet on Booker and the Suns in Phoenix's Big Three debut

The Phoenix Suns' Big Three is active for the first time tonight and is the centrepiece of tonight's NBA parlay.

The pregame narrative: Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal are both elite scorers, but Devin Booker has been remarkably consistent regardless of who he's playing with. I'm taking the over on Booker's alternate point total and am also backing the Suns to cover.

Here are our NBA parlay picks for November 14.

NBA oddsas of 11:26 a.m. on 11/15/2023.

NBA parlay picks

Parlay: Booker over 24.5 points + Suns -5.5 + Cavaliers -4.5 (+299)

Booker over 24.5 points (-127): Booker is a scoring machine and there is plenty of value baked into his point total tonight. The shooting guard averaged 27.8 points per game last season and he's scored 30-plus points in both of his outings this season.

It's not clear how Phoenix is going to operate with Durant and Beal in the lineup, which can partially explain how light this line is. But Booker is the team's homegrown star and is the youngest of the bunch. It's his team and I expect him to light it up tonight.

The Minnesota Timberwolves own the league's best defensive rating (102.1) largely thanks to the defensive prowess of Rudy Gobert. But Minnesota is largely elite at defending in the paint, and that makes Booker a tantalizing option.

The Timberwolves allow the fewest points per game to centres and power forwards, according to Fantasy Pros, but sit 12th in points allowed to point guards and 20th in points allowed to shooting guards.

Other picks

Suns -5.5 (-109): This play might seem daunting considering the Timberwolves 8-2 record. But Minnesota is playing on the second night of a back-to-back and is coming off a 104-101 war of a victory against the Golden State Warriors.

The Suns were 11-8-1 ATS with a rest advantage last season and 21-16-1 ATS as a home favourite, too.

Phoenix's Big Three is no joke and should be able to capitalize against a Minnesota team playing its fourth contest of a five-game West Coast road trip.

Cavaliers -4.5 (-305): Adding in the Cleveland Cavaliers to cover this alternate spread bumps this bet up from +200 to +299. Cleveland is a huge 10-point road favourite against the Portland Trail Blazers tonight and shouldn't face much resistance.

Portland is 3-7 on the season and has lost four straight games, three of which were by six-plus points.

The Trail Blazers lost their all-time leading scorer this offseason when they traded Damian Lillard to the Milwaukee Bucks. And with their two young stars — Anfernee Simons and Scoot Henderson — sidelined, it's hard to imagine them lighting up the scoreboard tonight.
