NBA parlay picks Nov. 27: Bet an alt over in Trail Blazers vs. Pacers

The Indiana Pacers have hit the over in 10 consecutive games, which is a trend worth leaning into for tonight's +248 NBA parlay.

The pregame narrative: Despite backing a teased-down over in the Pacers' matchup with the Portland Trail Blazers, a fade of Buddy Hield is also on this ticket. Elsewhere, De'Anthony Melton has shown enough consistency as a rebounder to be featured.

Here are some NBA parlay picks for November 27.

NBA oddsas of 9:10 a.m. on 11/27/2023.

NBA parlay picks

Parlay: Hield under 19.5 points + Trail Blazers/Pacers over 232.5 points + Melton over 3.5 rebounds (+248)

Hield under 19.5 points (-205): Hield lives and dies beyond the 3-point line, and this isn't a great matchup for him to score from deep.

Portland allows the fourth-fewest 3-point attempts per game (31.2) and the 10th-lowest 3-point percentage (35.3%).

So far this season, 69.1% of all of Hield's shots have come from 3-point range. He's one of the best shooters in the league from out there — evidenced by his 16-for-24 shooting from deep over the past three games — but it's a feast-or-famine way to play.

Hield has fallen below this point total in 13 of 15 games. To be fair, his scoring has been up since joining the starting lineup three games ago, but the subpar matchup still puts this under firmly in play.

Other picks

Trail Blazers/Pacers over 232.5 points (-235): Despite taking the under with Hield, it'd be really difficult to not take the over for total points in this game. Or frankly any game Indiana is playing in these days.

The over is 14-1 for Indiana this season, which makes sense when you consider the team plays at an NBA-high pace (104.4 possessions/game) and has the NBA's best offensive rating (123.6).

In other words, the Pacers play quickly and efficiently. That's how you hit over after over.

This month, the Pacers' lowest point total is 237. And even that was the only sub-240 game they've had.

This number looks far loftier on Portland's side, but the matchup provides important context. And the over is 5-4 in the Blazers' nine road games so far this year, for what it's worth.

Melton over 3.5 rebounds (-210): Melton may not be a star on the 76ers, but he's been a reliable asset when it comes to grabbing a few boards every night. Over his past 10 games, Melton has hit this over nine times (averaging 5.0 rebounds/game in that span).

Melton faces the Los Angeles Lakers tonight, and this looks like a solid spot for him to remain active on the glass. L.A. is allowing the second-most rebounds per game to opposing shooting guards (7.5).

Two nights ago in Oklahoma City, Melton matched his season high with seven rebounds.
