NBA player props: Best bets for Wednesday, January 10 featuring Steph Curry, Tatum, Fox

The NBA is back with a 10-game slate on Wednesday, January 10. The action starts at 7 p.m. ET with four games and wraps as the Toronto Raptors go on the road to face the Los Angeles Clippers at 10:30 p.m. ET. With so many games to choose from, let’s take a look at the best player prop bets available at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Scottie Barnes under 13.5 Rebounds + Assists vs. Clippers (-130)

Barnes has been shouldering the load for the Raptors since they traded away OG Anunoby. He has scored at least 20 points in five of his last six games but hasn’t found the same success on the boards and with assists. He has combined for fewer than 14 rebounds and assists in all six games since Anunoby was traded.

De’Aaron Fox under 5.5 assists vs. Hornets (+105)

Fox hasn’t been as consistent in dropping dimes to his teammates this season. He averages 5.9 per game and has finished with four assists in three straight games. Fox will have an advantageous matchup against the Charlotte Hornets and will likely find his impact on the stat sheet being in the points category, rather than assists.

Steph Curry over 4.5 3-pointers vs. Pelicans (-140)

Curry has shown twice this season that he is human from beyond the arc. He went 0-8 from deep in December against the Portland Trail Blazers and then 0-9 from three against the Raptors in his last game. Despite the troubles, Curry has still attempted at least seven three-pointers in every game of the regular season. I expect Curry to continue firing from three-point range, and he will connect on at least five on Wednesday.

Jayson Tatum over 37.5 points + rebounds + assists vs. Timberwolves (-120)

This line is surprisingly low for how well Tatum has been playing. He has scored 30 points in three straight games. This gives him a great chance of surpassing his PRA total each game, especially when he also averages 8.7 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game. Tatum has combined for at least 38 PRA in each of his last three games and should make it four in a row on Wednesday.

Clint Capela over 12.5 points vs. 76ers (-110)

Capela has struggled in his last two games. Most recently, even with overtime against the Orlando Magic, he finished with just four points. Capela had nine points two games ago against the Indiana Pacers. I don’t think the Atlanta Hawks center is all of a sudden going to drop 25 points or anything, but he will face the Philadelphia 76ers without Joel Embiid. Capela had 15 points in his last game against Philadelphia, and that was a game that Embiid played. He is officially listed as questionable, so check the final injury report before locking in this prop.
