The Golden Knights saw a five-game win streak end in shock fashion as they lost a shootout to the Blackhawks in Chicago.
They rebounded to edge Calgary 4-3 in overtime in their next outing, but failed to build on that as they lost their next two games.
Vegas were beaten via a shootout when they hosted Dallas, and then suffered a 3-0 shutout defeat in Colorado.
The Golden Knights did win their most recent outing though, beating Carolina 3-2 at home on Wednesday night.
