Memphis has had an extra day of rest. The Grizzlies beat the Pelicans on Tuesday, 132-111. Ja Morant scored 24 points (8-of-13) and two other starters also scored 20+ points.
On Feb. 2, Memphis beat New York in MSG, 120-108. Evan Fournier dropped 30 in that game for the Knicks and Justin Jackson Jr. had 26 for the Grizzlies.

New York’s been on a hot streak this week but there’s a reason why Memphis is the second-best team in the league (tied with Golden State). Morant’s been electric this season and is averaging 27.5 points per game.
It’s tempting to take the over considering that the Grizzlies have averaged 118 points in their last five games but I don’t think that the Knicks have enough firepower to keep up with Memphis on the offensive end. It wouldn’t necessarily surprise me if New York won this game but the Grizzlies being -9 is fair.
