The 21-year-old joined La Liga club Casa Sports from Senegal's Casas Sports in 2019. He earned his first senior experience during a loan spell with CD Miranda's during the 2020/21 season. Newcastle United and Everton are considering activating his £27m release clause.
Jackson joined Villarreal from Casa Sports in 2019. He made his La Liga debut last season and earned his first senior experience during a loan spell with CD Miranda's during the 2020/21 season. The forward has established himself in the Villareal side this season, scoring his debut goal in a 3-0 win at Real Valladolid on the opening day. His form earned him a maiden call-up to the Senegal side and he was an unused substitute in Saturday's 2-1 win over Bolivia. Newcastle and Everton are interested in signing him. Unai Emery believes Jackson needs to define his role at the club.
