With 16 games in the NHL staggered 15 minutes apart, it's hard to get eyes on all the action. John Buccigross and Kevin Weekes will whip around from game to game and give you all the highlights from goals, saves, and hits.

For those with ESPN+, you'll get the entire show from 7 PM ET. If you don't have ESPN+ you can still tune in on ESPN2 as of 8 PM ET. If you have neither, you can get ESPN2 coverage on Fubo.

You can find a ton of markets to bet on for today's Frozen Frenzy. Here are just a few of my favorites.

We've seen 1.47 power-play goals per game this season. Pace that out over 16 games and that gives us 23.6 power-play goals. I'm taking the UNDER. With a line this close a single player missing from action can change things dramatically. And with Connor McDavid out, we're missing the best player in the league and his 120 power play points since 21-22.

I get that my Islanders aren't a very offensive team, but when they play the Avalanche they score a lot. In four games since 20-21, the Islanders have scored an average of 3 goals. I'm actually going with the offensively challenged Capitals. In four games they've only scored 6 goals. 

Matthews is second for goals in the league with 6 in five games, and his Leafs take on the Caps who've allowed the eighth most goals against on the season at 3.75. Pastrnak (seventh in scoring at 5 goals in 5 games) and his Bruins play the Blackhawks. Chicago has allowed nine goals against in the past two games.

Pasta and Matthews should feast tonight. 

I've got my eye on Carolina vs. Tampa. The odds are long at +1100, sure. But Carolina is second for goals per game (4.50) and first for goals-against per game (5.00). Half of Carolina's games this year have hit double-digit goals.

Meanwhile, we've seen an average of 7.3 goals in Tampa's games this year. Including 10 goals in their last outing against the top-scoring team in the 'Chel in Detroit.
