The North American League of Legends team needs to do better in the second week of Worlds 2022 groups. North America has not secured a win in first round robin of the group stage for the first time in history. In 2015, North Americans lost 11 consecutive games as a region to close out the World Championship group stages. This year, there's a chance that NA’s champion and its two other representatives all go winless.

Cloud9 are on death's door after their first three games. They need to win all three of their remaining scheduled games to make it out of Group A. C9 should focus on playing through their bottom lane. Berserker has played three different champions at Worlds.

Evil Geniuses are in the second week of the World Championship of League of Legends. They are 0-3 after three games. Their best game of this group stage was against JD Gaming. They need to play by the book and keep things competitive. The team needs to beat their opponents at their game. It is not enough to just to win the game, but to do it in terms of winning the match.

100 Thieves have yet to play a complete game in the second week of the World Cup 2022 group stage. They lost to CTBC Flying Oyster in their opening game. Gen.G and Royal Never Give Up looked to be a bit better, but they fell apart late. 100 Thieves appear to have the closest chance of winning.
