Paul Williams Named the New Cornerbacks Coach for Stanford Cardinal Football

Paul Williams has been named the new Cornerbacks Coach for Stanford Cardinal Football. He comes from Wake Forest, where he coached cornerbacks the last three seasons. In 2021, he helped Wake to a program-record tying 11-3 record and 7-1 in ACC play. In 2022, the team forced 16 turnovers and won 8 games. It was the 11th bowl victory in the program's history. The defensive backs forced 29 turnovers (15 interceptions, 14 fumble recoveries) and recorded 38 sacks. They also had Ja'Sir Taylor and Caelen Carson, who were All-ACC Honorable Mention players.

Paul Williams is the new Cornerbacks Coach for Stanford Cardinal Football. He has previous coaching experience at Wake Forest, Illinois, Miami, Temple, Delaware, Penn, and Lafayette.
