Punchestown confirms swift rearrangement of John Durkan card
Punchestown's John Durkan Memorial Chase has been rescheduled for Monday, December 19. The Willie Mullins-trained Galopin Des Champs and Appreciate It are set to make their seasonal reappearances in the fixture's beginners' chase. A snow- and frost-covered Punchetown had to cancel its Sunday card. There is a forecast thaw over the weekend and rain. Entries close at midday on Wednesday, with declarations to follow at 10am on Saturday. It is expected that the new date should go off without any issues.
