Punter who thought he'd won £15k off £10 World Cup bet left furious after bookies refuses to pay out

Mr Manafold is now taking the matter to an independent complaints committee. He wants to buy his disabled dad a new mobility scooter with the money. The company has offered him £600 to settle the case. It is two weeks after the final. If the company accepts the trebles bet, Mr manaford will get the full amount.
