Rock The Red Carpet Event Returns For Capitals’ Regular Season Home Opener October 12

The Washington Capitals’ “Rock the Red Carpet” event is back. The team announced Monday morning initiatives for the regular season home opener against the Boston Bruins on Wednesday, October 12.

The Washington Capitals will host Rock the Red Carpet on F Street in front of Capital One Arena from 3 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12. The team from 2022-23 will arrive in cars provided by Lexus at 3:30 p., and they will be introduced and escorted by preselected fans down the red carpet. NBC Sports Washington will broadcast a pregame show featuring players’ interviews and analysis from 6:: 30-7 p,m., followed by a post-game talk show. TNT will conduct player interviews during their pre-match show which airs from 7-8 p,.m..

The Caesars Sportsbook & Casino Truck Tour is a cutting-edge 18-wheeler featuring unique fan experiences. The tour runs from 3:30-7:00 p.m. and is open to the public.

Caesars Sportsbook Ambassadors Kenny Mayne and Trey Wingo are participating in the Rock the Red Carpet event. The event features this year's Washington Capitals roster.

Caesars Sportsbook at Capital One Arena officially opened in May 2021. It's the first sports betting venue to open within a professional sports facility. The Team Store at Capital One Arena will open at 11 a.m. on October 12 and remain open through the game. The store is stocked with new Capitals merchandise. Capital 1 cardholders receive 20% off their purchase when they present and use a Capital1 credit or debit card at checkout.
