The Royal Ascot is back from Tuesday June 14 until Saturday June 18. The most famous event at Ascott is the Gold Cup, which is on Thursday June 16. It is run over two miles, three furlongs and 210 yards and the winner will take home £283,550.

Platinum Jubilee Stakes takes place at 4.20 pm.
5.00 pm: Wokingham Stakes. Heritage Handicap, 6f, 3yo+.
5.35 pm: Golden Gates Stakes. Handicap, 1m2f, 3yo.
6.10 pm: Queen Alexandra Stakes, 4-6 years old.
