Rugby Legend Peter Fatialofa Passes Away at the Age of 54

Peter Fatialofa died of a heart attack on his way to a radio interview. Fatian played rugby for Auckland and Samoa. He was captain of Samoa's first Rugby World Cup team in 1991. After retiring from playing, he was a rugby ambassador and coach. He is survived by his wife, Anne, and his eight children. The order of merit was given to him in 1996. His wife Anne is a former Samoa rugby player. She was the coach of the women's team at the time of his death.
