Russell Westbrook was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers last summer. He was expected to win a world championship with the team he had rooted for as a kid. Instead, the Lakers missed the play-in tournament last season and Westbrook became a scapegoat. ESPN's annual NBA ranking had Westbrook at No. 29 a year ago, but this year's edition dropped him to No 65.
