Yankees used a Triple-A lineup in Game 1 of Wednesday's doubleheader sweep of the Minnesota Twins. Ronald Guzman, Oswald Peraza, Miguel Andujar, Estevan Florial and Oswaldo Cabrera played for Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

Clayton Beetle is a 23-year-old right-handed pitcher who plays for Somerset Patriots. He was acquired from Los Angeles Dodgers for Joey Gallo on August 2, 2022.

Beeter has a 1.10 ERA in five starts for Somerset. He has 29 strikeouts and six walks in 16.1 innings for Tulsa. Beeter's last two starts have been better.

Beeter is a mid-90s guy with a curveball and a slider. He's a bullpen player for the Yankees. Scout thinks Beeter could come up at some point next year.

Jhony Brito is a 24-year-old right-handed pitcher. He was signed by the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders as an amateur free agent from Dominican Republic on Nov. 9, 2015.

Brio has been on the injured list since Aug. 17 with an undisclosed injury. Britto is 6-2 with a 2.23 in 13 outings since his July 1 promotion to Triple-A.

Brito threw good the day he saw Scout. Brito has a plus changeup and a curveball and cutter. He's logged some innings in Triple-A this year. Scout gives Briton a chance to be a four or five starter at the big-league level in a year or two.

Somerset's Anthony Volpe is a prospect in line for 2023 MLB debut. He made 111 starts at shortstop in 111 games.

Anthony Volpe was promoted to Triple-A Scranton on Sept. 2. He's hitting .450 with nine hits in 20 at-bats.

Vol Pe is going to have some growing pains with his plate discipline. He can also be overly aggressive at the plate early in counts.
