South Florida without coach Jeff Scott takes on the SMU Mustangs still hoping to get their first AAC win

The SMU Mustangs are playing against South Florida Bulls at Raymond James Stadium on Saturday at 12:00 PM ET. The Mustang's won last week's game against the Houston Cougars and are 5-4. SouthFlorida's team is 1-8 and lost to Temple Owls last weekend.

South Florida lost 54-27 to Temple Owls. They are now 1-8 on the year. Jeff Scott was fired on Sunday. He had a 4-26 record over two seasons. Special teams coordinator Daniel Da Prato was promoted to interim coach. Former co-coordinator Ernie Sims will work the defense for the final three games.
