Stormers fend off London Irish fightback to secure bonus-point Champions Cup win

Stormers beat London Irish 34-14 at Cape Town Stadium on Saturday night. It was their first Champions Cup victory. Willie Engelbrecht, Salmaan Moerat, Hacjivah Dayimani, Leolin Zas and Mike Willemse scored tries for the Stormers. Ben White's try was disallowed. The result was a bonus-point win for Stormer. Manie Libbok kicked a penalty for them. He also kicked two penalties. London's Paddy Jackson kicked one. They were trailing at the break. After the restart, they were leading 27-7.

Willie Engelbrecht, Hacjivah Dayimani, Leolin Zas, Junior Pokomela, Manie Libbok, and Mani Ligboks scored tries for Stormers. Libbs converted 4 of his conversions.
