Sun Belt Conference Football: Schedule & Odds for Week 3

The Sun Belt grabbed two upsets in the last week. Marshall Thundering Herd beat the Marcus Freeman honeymoon in South Bend and Appalachian State Mountaineers beat No. 6 Texas A&M Aggies. Georgia Southern Eagles got Scott Frost fired with an upset win over the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Texas State Bobcats (1-1) and Jake Spavital (0-2) are playing against each other in Waco for Week 3.

Buffalo Bulls are 0-2 and Coastal Carolina is 2-0.

Old Dominion Monarchs (1-1) beat Virginia Tech Hokies. They are looking to complete an upset sweep over Virginia ACC schools.

South Alabama is 2-0 and will play at the Rose Bowl against UCLA (2-1) on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. ET.

Troy Trojans and Appalachian State Mountaineers are playing in the Sun Belt Conference in Week 3. Troy Trojan lost in overtime and then won in a major upset.

Georgia Southern Eagles are 2-0 and are fresh off an upset win over Nebraska. Georgia Southern is playing UAB at 3:30 p.m. ET.

UL Monroe Warhawks are +48.5 underdogs to Alabama Crimson Tide.

Charles Huff and the Thundering Herd are 2-0 after a thrilling upset win over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Arkansas State Red Wolves are 2-10 after a disappointing 2.10 season last year. Arkansas State is averaging 424 yards per game this season. Memphis is a +14 favorite at 7:00 p.m. ET.

Northwestern State plays Southern Miss at 7:00 p.m. ET on ESPN3. Southern Mississippi is 0-2 and has a lot of concerns at quarterback. Northwestern State is an overmatched FCS school.

Charlotte is playing Georgia State in the Sun Belt Conference in Week 3.

Louisiana is 2-0 and the team won 49-21 over the Eastern Michigan Eagles in Week 2. Louisiana is playing Rice on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
