Apple's docu-series Super League: The War for Football is an excellent primer on the three days that rocked the game in April 2021. Director Jeff Zimbalist got access to key players on both sides. The doc is aimed at American audiences. It's interesting to learn that European club football's annual showpiece the Champion’s League Final generates three times the viewership of their beloved Super Bowl. The series also includes interviews with UEFA boss Aleksander Ceferin and the Superleague's chief architects Florentino Perez and Andrea Agnelli.
