Barstool Sportsbook was denied a New York sports betting license for launch day. Barstol Sports headquarters are located in New Yorkers. The company is backed by Penn National Gaming. If BarStool gets the license in 2022, it will be a big success for the company.

Bet365 applied for a New York sports betting license but didn't get it. The sportsbook was cut at the last moment. Bet365 has been operating in England since 2000. They could join the New Yorkers in 2022.
