Thoro-Graph sues NYRA for $500,000 over revenue-sharing deal
Thoro-Graph has sued the New York Racing Association for at least $500,000. The company claims it did not honor a revenue-sharing agreement as part of a deal that sent new customers to the wagering platform NYRABets. Thoro-graph offered customers free and reduced-price data to encourage them to use NYRAA's service. NYAA cut off the contract effective June 10.
