Trainer Ronan McNally found to have 'concealed the true ability of horses' by Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board
Trainer Ronan McNally found guilty of breaking a number of racing rules. He will appeal the findings. Darragh O'Keeffe, Eoin O’Brien and Mark Enright were also implicated in the case. The Jam Man and Dreal Deal were mentioned specifically in charges related to using the racecourse as a training ground and not running on their merits. The IHRB also ruled McNall had passed on information about Dreal Deal's condition to allow others to profit from betting on the horse. McNal will face a sanctions hearing in due course.
