Van Gerwen backed in to joint favourite at BoyleSports World Grand Prix
Peter Wright goes 11/2 from 8/1 after Opening Round 2 victory in the BoyleSports World Grand Prix. Michael van Gerwen beat Gary Anderson 3-0 in a match played in Leicester. The Dutchman is now 4/5 joint favourite with Peter Wright.
"I played really well once I got the first set out of the way," says the player.

Van Gerwen and Jonny Clayton are joint favourites at BoyleSports World Grand Prix. Peter Wright is also in good form after his 2-0 victory over Kim Huybrechts.
Kim has beaten me the last couple of times, but it was down to him missing doubles.
