Warriors Women confirm place in Premier 15s

With their continuing place in the league confirmed, Warriors will be hopeful they can now push their way up the table, and build on what has been a strong season on the field.

Warriors are currently well on track to finish in sixth with a six point buffer on seventh-placed Sale Sharks, whose participation in the league has also been confirmed, with two regular season games to go.

That would be their highest finish in the Premier 15s era, showing clear progress for a team that finished bottom in the first two seasons of the league and failed to win any of their first 34 matches, and has since finished in the top eight for four consecutive seasons.

With hopes of becoming a consistent top four team Josh Payne, managing director of Warriors Women, has been thankful for help the club has received and is optimistic for the future.
