Knicks Go is the favorite to win the 2022 Pegasus World Cup Invitational Series at Gulfstream Park. Last year's winner Colonel Liam is also going back to Florida to defend his title. The event is on NBC and Peacock from 4:30-6 p.m. ET on Saturday, January 29th. It's also available on the NBC Sports app. It will be streamed on Sportsmail.com and the SportsMap.

The Pegasus World Cup Invitational Series is a series of invite-only races held annually at Gulfstream Park. The $3 million Pegasus Cup runs on the dirt and the $1 million $2 million Turf runs 1 1/8 miles on turf. Both races are for horses aged 4 years and older and are invitation- only. They will be broadcast on NBC and Peacock on Saturday, Jan. 29 from 4:30-6 p.m. ET.

The Pegasus World Cup Invitational Series is held at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Gulf Stream Park is also home to Road to the Kentucky Derby prep races, including the Florida Derby (G1), the Fountain of Youth ( G2) and the Holy Bull (2).

Knicks Go won the Pegasus World Cup last year. Knicks Go is a finalist for the 2021 Eclipse Award for Horse of the Year. Colonel Liam won a $1 million Pegasus world cup Turf. Trainer Jason Servis pleaded guilty to federal charges involving a widespread scheme to drug horses. He was the last defendant facing charges in the scheme. Jason was suspended from the sport after the investigation into doping in horse racing industry.
