This Saturday, “Sip it Forward” and help a hero! Take your family, friends and neighbors to Barrel Oak for an incredible night out benefiting Hero’s Bridge HomeFront Program and our deserving senior veteran heroes in need of assistance. Tickets include one adult beverage, catered dinner buffet, dessert bar, live music, silent auction and 50/50 raffle. Tickets start at $35 and are available online or at the door.

Fauquier Community Theatre presents “Our Town”

Weekends through March 26, Fridays and Saturdays, 7:30 p.m., Sundays 2 p.m. | Vint Hill Theater on the Green 4225 Aiken Drive, Warrenton

Described by Edward Albee as "the greatest American play ever written," “Our Town” is a 1938 Pulitzer Prize award winning play by American playwright Thornton Wilder that tells the story of the fictional American small town of Grover's Corners between 1901 and 1913. Directed by Sonia Bronder, produced by Stub Estey, and by special arrangement with Concord Theatricals, the audience will experience the everyday lives of the Webb and Gibbs families in three acts: "Daily Life," "Love and Marriage," and "Death and Eternity". American Legion Craft and Vendor Show

The American Legion Ladies Auxiliary will be hosting their Spring Craft Fair. Head out in time to shop for Easter and Mother's Day. There will be something for everyone in a fun and cozy atmosphere. Vendors and artisans will be selling hand crafted as well as specialty items for all to enjoy.

Dancing Through Time

Monday, March 20, 7 p.m. | Fauquier High School, 705 Waterloo Road, Warrenton 

Fauquier Community Band will be performing dance music from around the world to get you grooving in no time. As with all FCB performances, this concert is open to all and free. Play the raffle to win great prizes, and enjoy a complimentary dessert reception at the end of the show.

St. Patrick’s Day Weekend at O’Brien's Irish Pub

Not surprisingly, O’Brien's is celebrating St. Paddy’s Day in style. Celebrate Ireland with your taste buds with Kegs and Eggs on Friday starting at 9 a.m., St. Paddy’s Day teas Friday and Saturday at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., traditional Irish fare all weekend and whiskey tastings on Saturday. The almost constant music includes performances by Paul Cray, the Butternotes with Stephanie O’Sullivan, the Elizabeth Lawrence Band with a special reunion of Brother Bill and much more. Beyond these popular bands, there will be pipers playing Irish tunes, Irish dance performances, and storytelling of traditional Irish folk tales by an authentic Irishman.
