When is the Scottish Grand National 2021? Runners, riders, tips, odds, start time

The Scottish Grand National has been delayed as a show of respect for the funeral of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, on Saturday 17 April. Up to 30 entries will take part in the four-mile Class 1 Grade 3 chase with a prize pot of £150,000 at stake.

The Scottish Grand National takes place on Sunday 18 April 2021. The festival will take place over two days on Friday 16 April and Sunday 17 April.

The 2021 Scottish Grand National starts at 3.35 pm on Sunday 18 April.

The Scottish Grand National is held at Ayr Racecourse in 2021. AYR has been home to the race since 1966. Red Rum won both the Grand and Scottish National in 1974.

The Scottish Grand National is on Sunday 18 April at 3.35 pm. ITV will show the big race. The entire festival will be shown live on Racing TV.
