Where are Japan and Saudi Arabia in the FIFA rankings?

The Qatar World Cup has seen some great underdog stories in sport. On Tuesday, Day 3, Argentina were humbled by Saudi Arabians and Japan came back from a goal behind to defeat Germany. Japan and Saudi Arabia are ranked in the FIFA rankings.

Japan are ranked 23rd in FIFA rankings. Germany are in 11th. Both teams collect FIFA points.

Argentina are considered the 4th best nation in the world. Saudi Arabia is ranked 53rd, one place below Qatar.

The current FIFA rankings show Belgium, Brazil, France and Argentina in the top four. Guam, Anguilla and San Marino are in lower regions.
