Where is 'College GameDay' for Week 0? Start date, schedule for ESPN football pregame show in 2023
It's time to get up and get those signs ready.
The college football season is back, with a pair of ranked opponents kicking off the 2023 campaign with matchups on Saturday, including No. 6 USC taking on San Jose State and No. 13 Notre Dame facing Navy.
The big question on everyone's mind as they wake up Saturday morning, however, is where "College GameDay" will be. The beloved morning sports show returns to ESPN networks in 2023, with much of the same cast coming back for another year.
But where will the bus be headed to start the campaign? Here's what you need to know.
Where is 'College GameDay' for Week 0?
Did you get your sign ready? Well, hopefully it's not time-sensitive. There will be no on-campus "College GameDay" during Week 0 of the college football season. The crew will instead get one last week away from the traveling before the start of the 2023 college football season.
There will still be an episode of "College GameDay," with the episode being broadcast from ESPN's home in Bristol, Conn. The episode will begin at 10 a.m. ET on Saturday.

'College GameDay' schedule 2023
As always, "College GameDay" is announcing its site just one week at a time. That means beyond Week 1, there is no word on where the crew will be taking the bus next.
But the ESPN team will be headed to Charlotte for "The Battle of the Carolinas" in Week 1, when No. 21 North Carolina faces South Carolina at Bank of America Stadium, the home of the Panthers.
Bank of America Stadium is situated just over two hours away from UNC at Chapel Hill (140 miles away), while it is just under an hour and a half away from the University of South Carolina in Columbia at 92 miles away.
'College GameDay' hosts 2023
Lee Corso missed several weeks in 2022, causing many to wonder about his future with the show. But he will be back at the desk in 2023, along with Pat McAfee, Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard. Rece Davis will continue to host the program. Pete Thamel will be providing news updates, while Jen Lada and Jess Sims will also be reporting during the show.
There will be a new face and two departures. "Stanford Steve" Coughlin will replace Chris Fallica as the betting analyst on the show. David Pollack will not be on the show, however, after he was one of many layoffs from ESPN this summer.
