Steven Vitoria might start at center back for Canada against Morocco. Atiba Hutchinson has played there before and his legs were tiring in the Croatia loss on Sunday.

Jonathan Osorio and Mark-Anthony Kaye could play central midfield for Canada against Morocco. Osario is dynamic and likes to play between the lines and is involved in possession. Kaya is more of a central figure who likes distribute and can go forward.

Jonathan David is the best striker in Concacaf. He has been playing well for Ligue 1. Canada needs to play higher-level teams in the future. Morocco is an undervalued team. They have good players like Achraf Hakimi and Hakim Ziyech. Canada is a team that is not known for soccer. It is playing a World Cup group with Belgium, Croatia and Morocco. The team is going to be better prepared for the next three and a half years. There will be no qualifiers before co-hosting in 2026.
