Why Pacers won't have trouble covering vs. Timberwolves, plus other best bets for Wednesday

Indiana Pacers are the underdogs against the Timberwolves. The Timberwolves have been playing badly since Karl-Anthony Towns went down with a calf injury. Indiana has one of the most dangerous offenses in the league, averaging 115.0 points per game. Minnesota's defense is one the worst, allowing 116.1 points-per-game.

Timberwolves are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games against a team with a winning record. Pacers are +5.0 (-110)

The Kings have started well, but the point total is too high for me. The under is 5-2 over the Kings' last 7 games and 9-3 in the Bucks' 12 games. Milwaukee has scored 109 or fewer points in three of its last four games, so their offense hasn't been lethal lately.

The under is 6-1 in the Bucks' last seven games against a team with a winning record.

Kawhi Leonard has played in just 58 games over the past two seasons and six games this season. He hasn't scored more than 16 points in any of his games on the year. Kawhi played 28 minutes against the Hornets and netted 16, despite connecting on seven of 15 shots.

The Pacers are going to cover against the Timberwolves on Wednesday. Leonard hasn't scored more than 16 points in a game this season.
