Winston-Salem products will battle for the CFP National Championship
No. 4 Texas Christian takes on No.1 Georgia for the National Championship on Monday night. Two of their players will be playing in the game: Jami Hodge, a junior who played in high school at Reynolds, and Jared Wilson, who is a red-shirt freshman who plays for Georgia. Reynolds and West Forsyth play against each other every year in Central Piedmont 4-A Conference. H Dodge is third on the team in tackles (75) and sacks (4.5) this season. Wilson is the backup center/offensive lineman for defending national champion Georgia, the defending college football champion.
