Wizards to honor Gilbert Arenas, Antawn Jamison, and Caron Butler on Nov. 18
The Washington Wizards are scheduled to honor retired stars Gilbert Arenas, Antawn Jamison, and Caron Butler on Nov. 18 at Capital One Arena against the Miami Heat. This ceremony is part of the team's 25th anniversary of their rebrand. Arena played 11 years in the NBA and was drafted by Golden State Warriors in 2001. He played for the Wizards for 8 seasons (2003-10) and received 3 All-Star selections.
Wizards will honor Gilbert Arenas, Antawn Jamison, and Caron Butler on Nov. 18. Jamisons played his first five seasons with Golden State, the 2003-04 season with the Dallas Mavericks, then for six seasons (2004-10) with Washington. Butler retired in 2018 after a 14-year NBA career.
