WTA Slovenia Open Day 2 Predictions Including Cornet vs Juvan

The second day of the WTA Slovenia Open in Portoroz is going to be full of action. Cornet vs. Juvan is one of them. The other matches are Ajla Tomljanovic vs Ana Bodgan and Elena Rybakina vs Laura Siegemund.

Lesia Tsurenko is playing Elena-Gabriela Ruse in the WTA Slovenia Open. Tsarenko won the last match on grass. Ruses won in straight sets over Yana Morderger and Ziva Falkner in qualifying.

Bucsa is coming off of a strong U.S. hard court summer, a 10-4 record with successful qualifications for Washington, Toronto and the US Open. Marcinko is a 16-year-old Croat coming through, on the precipice of the Top 300. Bucsa will be too much for Marcinksi.

Cornet and Juvan are playing in the WTA Slovenia Open on Day 2. Corner has had some great moments at Slams this year, most memorable being her win over Iga Swiatek at Wimbledon. Juva has also had highs, her run to the Strasbourg final being the most impressive, but she lost all three of her matches on hard this summer. Cornet has not always been able to follow through on the tour this season.
