The Oilers are +1400 to win the Stanley Cup. According to Moneypuck.com, the Oilers have a 94% chance of making the playoffs and a 60.4% chance of advancing past the first round. The Oilers have the highest likelihood of all Western Conference teams to advance past the first round and emerge from the conference at a 23.6% rate.

The Oilers have a 13.1% chance to win the Stanley Cup, putting them in second only behind the Carolina Hurricanes (+650), who own a 16.9% chance to win the Cup. With such strong analytics that supports a deep Oilers playoff run, it would be foolish not to consider the +1400 price at this point in the season.
