College Football Odds: UAB vs. LSU prediction, odds and pick

Brian Kelly is a good coach. Some fans are unhappy with him because of the incident at Notre Dame. He is known for turning purple-faced with rage at his players. People don't like him. But he just wins. LSU is headed to the SEC Championship Game in Kelly's first season. If they win against UAB and beat Texas A&M, they could play for the College Football Playoff on Dec. 3 in Atlanta. The defense of Harold Perkins and the improved quarterback play of transfer Jayden Daniels have lifted LSU higher than anyone expected.

LSU Tigers have been playing so hard this season that they might run out of fuel in this game. UAB could take LSU for granted and go through the motions.

LSU did not score much last week versus Arkansas. UAB does not have the power or strength on the defensive line which Arkansas has. Jayden Daniels should have a solid statistical game and give LSU more than enough offense to blow away the Blazers.

LSU is playing a trap game against UAB. The Tigers didn't play well last week. Uab should be able to score in the 30s and cover the small point spread.

LSU is favored by 14.5 points against UABU.
