Colorado Rockies' 2019 first-round pick Michael Toglia makes MLB debut

Todd Helton was working with Michael Toglia in Arizona. Tglia was called up to the Rockies on Tuesday and made his MLB debut the same day. He played first base and batted seventh in the order against the Atlanta Braves. The Rockies also recalled Sean Bouchard, who was Tgglia's teammate at UCLA. Sam Hilliard and Wynton Bernard were optioned to make space. Tagglia is a switch-hitter who plays first baseman. His first home run in a major league stadium came at Coors Field. It was during last year's Futures Game. he was promoted to Triple-A on August 9.
