Eagles vs. Chiefs NFL player props: Monday Night Football

Patrick Mahomes & Jalen Hurts each to throw Over 1.5 passing touchdowns (+180 via ESPN BET) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's hard not to expect a shootout between two of the league's premiere arms.

On one side, Hurts has thrown for 15 touchdowns this season. The Philadelphia quarterback has tossed at least two passes into the end zone in four games this season including each of his last three outings. He faces a Kansas City defense that is allowing 1.7 touchdowns over their last three games.

On the other side, there’s Mahomes and his 17 touchdown passes this year. The Chiefs’ signal-caller has six games with at least two passing scores. He is going against an Eagles defense that is allowing the most passing touchdowns per game this season (2.1), and the most over their last three games (2.7).

These two quarterbacks' last regular-season meeting came in Week 4 of 2021 and accounted for seven total passing touchdowns. Mahomes threw five of them.

Travis Kelce longest reception Under 20.5 (-110 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Despite being famous for his big-play abilities, Kelce is averaging just 10.5 yards per reception this season. His career numbers improve on this slightly, raising his total to 12.5 yards per catch. Only five of Kelce’s 57 receptions in 2023 cashed the Over on this line. The Kansas City tight end does have a 44-yard grab against the Eagles, but that catch was in 2017 with Alex Smith under center.

Philadelphia has allowed just three opposing tight ends to catch a pass of at least 21 yards this year. Overall in 2023, the Eagles are surrendering 10.2 yards per reception to the position and their defense is holding opposing quarterbacks to just 9.6 yards per completion as well.

D’Andre Swift Over 58.5 rushing yards (-110 via BetMGM) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Swift has averaged 68.2 rushing yards in his nine games this season. However, he carried the ball just once for three yards in his Week 1 debut with the Eagles. Since then, he has averaged 76.4 yards per game on the ground. The former Detroit Lions running back has four games this season with at least 59 rushing yards.

Now, he gets a crack at a Kansas City defense that has surrendered an average of 136.3 rushing yards over their last three contests, and the Chiefs allowed a running back to top this number in each of those three games.
